Keith Cupp


Having served in multiple high technology companies at almost every “seat at the management table” building teams and cultures, Keith continues a life of service as president of Gravitas Impact Premium Coaches. For over a decade, he has been quietly conceiving and executing long-term strategy, building great teams, and ensuring that our coaches are cared for, successful and that we are all positively impacting the world while having fun. He is a talented communicator and proven leader who understands corporate culture, collaborative process, and how to assist organizations and their leadership to optimize the balance between people, performance and profit.

In his downtime, Keith discusses geo-politics, strategy and world views with his children and strangers in the airport. He reads The Economist and National Geographic and makes a fantastic habanero deviled egg with bacon garnish.

Sima Patel

VP of Global Operations/General Manager

Sima Patel brings an entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership skills, and multisite operations management success to the Gravitas Impact team. Skilled in applying effective business acumen, staff training, and process improvement, her expertise drives our operational efficiencies, productivity and overall business growth.

Sima is also the President of Downstage Center Productions, a non-profit performing arts center. Sima enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. Her favorite food is a really good maple bar.

Julia Fulmer

Business Development Manager

Julia is a seasoned creative problem solver, talented communicator, natural sales person, inspirational leader and customer advocate. Her diverse and polished skills have empowered individuals and teams through partnering, coaching and teaching peers and new employees, as well as foreign language workers. Julia is highly focused and committed to the accuracy of data and information. 

At Gravitas Impact, Julia manages the application process for both clients and coaches looking to join our community. Outside of work you can find Julia spending time with her family, walking the dog, gardening, and reading.

Shawna Dennis

Office Manager

Shawna is a native Oregonian with over 20 years of accounting, continuous improvement, executive assistant and administrative HR experience. She began working for her family company answering phones and billing since an early age. She has experience in many industries holding key leadership roles.

At Gravitas Impact, Shawna manages billing and service for coaches, scheduling for Keith and keeps the office running smoothly. In her free time, Shawna enjoys salmon fishing and traveling.

McKayla Gallup

Marketing Manager

McKayla Gallup is our Marketing Manager. She’s responsible for planning, implementing and managing our marketing programs and digital assets, as well as providing coaches with content and resources for their business development. She also oversees and produces our virtual events. Her energetic, friendly personality and exceptional attention to detail make her an important resource for coaches and the entire team.

McKayla is passionate about innovation in visual communications and data analytics. 

Sara Davenport

Coach Success Manager

Sara has a passion for education, training, and developing those around her. Her experience in post-secondary education, curriculum development, building high-functioning teams, and process improvement give her a unique insight into the educational needs of the coaches.  Sara holds an MBA and specializes in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership.

Sara enjoys living on an urban organic farm with her husband, 3 boys, 3 dogs, and 3 chickens.

Betsy Hanrahan

Digital Marketing Intern

Betsy Hanrahan is a Senior studying Digital Technology and Culture and minoring in Fine Arts at Washington State University. She loves design, problem solving, and all things creative. 

In her free time, Betsy enjoys rollerskating and searching for the perfect BBQ jackfruit sandwich.
